Once you have received your Automatic File Notification e-mail from the system, like the one below, you can follow the link on the mail to the relevant file and download it without ever having to contact anyone.
Downloading is very simple, assuming you have access to an asset you can download it or upload it simply by clicking the relevant command underneath it.
You can download an individual asset or pick multiple assets for a one time download.
If you pick multiple assets for download then they will automatically be sealed up in a zip file prior to sending which dramatically increases the speed of donwload for easy extraction on your own system. See graphic below
