Multiple Products in a Single Project
The WorkFlow system treats each new Publication as a Project, inside each Project is a selection of related Products that may have very different production schedules and different teams working on them, such as:
- The hardcopy printing
- Web Files
- CD master
Each Product then contains several Collections which are simply the folders containing all the assets relevant to that Product.

This simple system allows you to keep everything related to one publication together in logical groups that have no relevance to separate production teams but are related by the publication itself. This allows totally separate production cycles for each product as far as the production teams are concerened but keeping them together in one place and in a logical directory structure for easy overall management control.
