Library Archive

WorkFlow doesn't stop when you have finished a Project. If you take the Library Option, you can upload your finished Files such as the Print PDF and the Art files into the Library where they are then searchable by almost any condition you want.

For instance, assuming you have many, many files Archived in your Library, you could then search them by:

  • ISBN
  • Author
  • Title
  • File Name
  • Subject
  • Keyword
  • Almost anything, even just part of a title using full Boolean search functions

Or any combination of the above.

This will enable you to Archive your files in a way you never thought possible. Never lose a file again. Use art over and over again from project to project.

Remember, the Files you have Archived have a great deal of value attached to them so don't lose them. I am sure they probably exist safely on CDRs in a filing cabinet, but you can't search that. In your Library they exist in one place and they can all be searched in one hit.

Example - You know you worked on a title a while ago that had some figures that contained drawings of the heart, but can't remember the Author, Title or ISBN. Simply open the Library and type in the relevant keyword such as "Heart". As long as the files have been archived properly then every file with "Heart" in the Meta Data will be displayed.

Example - You know something you want is in a title and you are sure the Title was something to do with "The History of Paris". Simply Search for anything containing Paris and/or History and view the results.

Once you have selected your files from the archive you can download them in any popular file format or width, automatically.

You can even wrap them in a PDF for easy viewing

As mentioned above, you can do a simple search for single words or phrases or a complex search with full boolean options

By clicking the green + sign you can add as many options or conditions as are required to refine your search further.

All of this in the one simple package.
